A better day (kinda)

So the cancer scare is over. My grandma, who lives in an apartment attached to my house found a lump but it is benign. THANK heavens. The ward party is over. The baby is better. I am feeling a bit more sane today. Thanks for the love Lola, and Bonnie. I will wish you a happy last weekend of shopping today and begin cyber giving tomorrow again!!!! On a terrible note. My cousin lost her husband last night in a car accident. She has 5 small children. Keep her in your prayers.

SOCKS

Its true

I have to confess. I love them all. Short socks, long socks, white ones and black ones. I don not however love nylons. Only socks. I think everyone should have some fun kind of socks. I was once in a blog sock exchange done by The Smiling Infidel. It was one of the funnest things ever. If you look at my profile picture you might have a clue as to my sock issue. I do not own a lot of crazy socks. Most of them are crazy, but there are not an over abundance of socks. I leave that to the shoes. So todays Cyber gift are some fun socks. I hope the picture is okay. These have cute little birdies all over them. I might have to save up and get some. The one thing about socks is no one ever sees them, so if you are feeling wild and crazy you can bring it out in your socks. I wore my flame ones to church on Sunday, under my knee high black boots. It was a rush.

Another Gift

So today it snowed a whole bunch. I don't know maybe 8 or 10 inches. It makes me want to eat soup. A while back I had some soup that was fabulous. It was from a resturaunt in Alpine called The Blue Lemon. I haven't been there, but I have only heard wonderful things about it. The soup I loved was Tomato Bisque, I am not sure if that is it in this picture or not, but this is from their website. So if you are cold like me then here is a bowl of soup to warm you up!!

On another note! I just want to know about these word verification things. You know, when you go to someones blog and you leave a comment and you have to type in your word for verification. Well, today I was leaving a comment and went down and my verification word was buger, Yes, buger. I had a really good laugh. In fact, I have really been enjoying those little words lately. They really used to bug me. I just hated typing them in. But, if they are going to be fun then I will be happy to type them in. I hope everyone that leaves a comment today gets a really good verification word!!

Gift #3

So todays gift is not a fun gift! I am really really sorry for that. This morning as I was wandering around, well it was more like running around (in my new cyber nikes of coarse), doing my usual morning duties. I noticed something not so nice. I happened to glance in my front room. This is my nice room. The room that is always clean, the one with the nice clean couch, and the piano. Well, one of those dogs had puked on my nice couch. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!! So lucky for me I have this handy little tool. So I pulled out my Little Green Super Hero Machine. This thing is the very best thing ever. I want every one to have one. It is perfect for the dog puke on the couch, or the kid puke on the couch, or the floor, or any other spill that frequently happens at my house. The best thing is that you can just leave the cleaner in it for next time. So happy Little Green to you all today!!!

Gift #2

Today was a crazy day!!! Man am I glad it is over. We blessed our baby Ava today. I was up till 1:30 last night cleaning and cooking. It was a wonderful event. All that running around reminded me of my favorite running around shoes. I really like Nike shoes. All of them. Never met a Nike I didn't like. I thought these ones looked fun. Maybe Santa will bring them to me to add to my collection!! But, if not Happy Cyber Nike to you!

Gifts!!!

So my Internet has not been working. Bummer. But, it is fixed. I wanted to start this at the beginning of December but it didn't work out that way. I love Christmas. Yes, I love Christmas. The reason I love it is because I love to give things to people. If you came to my house and you loved something that was mine I would just give it to you. That is how much I love to give. I love the feeling you get when you give things. Well, this year I am poor. Yes, very poor. But, I love all you bloggers and you give to me every day. Sooooo, I have decided to Cyber Give. Todays gift is a wonderful thing that my friend Shan gave me once for my Birthday. These are the most wonderful socks I have ever owned. I do not know what I would do without them. They really do work. I can rub a little lotion on my feet at night, put on these socks and in the morning TAH DAH!!! Its like I have new feet. So todays Cyber Gift is Bath and Body Works Shea Socks
